1. Who is responsible
Ibrahim Maher operates www.ibrahimmaher.com and the Meta application AI Marketing Studio (also shown as AI Marketing Studio-IG). For privacy questions, contact Ibrahim.maher1992@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
- Website inquiries: the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, selected service interest, and message you submit through the contact form or send directly.
- Connected Meta services: with the account owner’s authorization, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, profile information, posts and media, comment text and identifiers, and related event times. Where available, comments may include the commenter’s public username or account identifier.
- Marketing tools: the Marketing Check stores your selected role, business type, channels, answers, score and recommendations. If you explicitly consent to follow-up, we also store the name, email and optional WhatsApp number you provide, linked to that assessment and its consent record. This is optional and does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If you send feedback, we store your star rating and optional comment. A newsletter subscription is separate and requires its own consent.
- Technical information: service providers may process request details such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and operational logs to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the website and connected services.
Facebook and Instagram sign-in takes place through Meta. We do not ask you to send us your Facebook or Instagram password. Authorized access tokens and app credentials are handled as confidential connection information.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, calculate anonymous Marketing Check results and recommendations, understand aggregate tool usage, review optional feedback, and manage newsletter subscriptions only when you explicitly opt in. We also identify the correct connected accounts, receive and organize relevant comment events, maintain authorized integrations, and diagnose errors or misuse. The current social integration is being configured and tested. Automatic replies are not currently enabled. Any future automated processing must be configured for a stated purpose and reflected in this policy where relevant.
4. Services that handle information
- FormSubmit and email services: website form submissions are sent through FormSubmit to Ibrahim’s email inbox.
- n8n Cloud: authorized Meta API responses and event payloads may be processed and stored in workflow execution history and logs while the integration is tested or operated. Connection credentials are stored in n8n’s credential system.
- Meta: Facebook and Instagram provide account authorization, API data, and event delivery under Meta’s own policies.
- Website hosting and database: Sites and its Cloudflare Worker/D1 hosting infrastructure serve the site and store assessment, feedback and consented contact and subscription records.
These providers may process information outside your country. Their own privacy terms also apply. We do not sell personal information. We do not currently send social comment data to an external generative AI service or a Google Sheets CRM through this integration; those connections are not enabled.
5. Retention and protection
Anonymous assessment and feedback records are retained for operating and improving the tools. Subscription contact details are retained while your subscription is active; a hashed unsubscribe token and status are kept to honor your opt-out. You can request deletion or correction by emailing the address below. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, authorized service, troubleshooting, security, or applicable record-keeping obligations. Workflow logs follow the retention settings in the n8n workspace. Retention may differ between email, hosting, and automation providers. Data that is no longer needed should be removed, including unnecessary test records. Access to connection credentials and operational records is limited to authorized administration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Website analytics and your choice
With your optional consent, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 for this website only. Analytics measures page views, approximate location, device/browser details, scrolls, downloads and selected interactions such as contact-link clicks and successful inquiry submission. We do not send the contact form’s name, email, phone number or message to Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled in this setup.
Analytics does not load before you accept. Your choice is saved in this browser. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw consent. Rejecting does not prevent you from using the website or sending an inquiry. With consent, Google may use first-party analytics cookies and process data outside your country. See Google’s privacy policy. The currently configured GA4 retention setting applies to event-level data; aggregated reports may be retained longer.
6. Your choices and data deletion
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Ibrahim Maher or AI Marketing Studio, email Ibrahim.maher1992@gmail.com with the subject “AI Marketing Studio — Data Deletion Request”.
Include the email address or Instagram username involved and, if possible, a link or date identifying the inquiry or comment. Do not send a password, access token, or identity document. We may request limited additional information to verify the request. We will review the request, remove data under our control where applicable, and explain any information that must be retained or is controlled by another provider.
You can also revoke app access through Facebook’s Business Integrations settings or Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not itself delete copies already held in email or workflow logs. Email us to request their deletion. To remove the original Facebook or Instagram comment, use Meta’s own controls.
